Service

Tonghua AI is a family drawing tool for parents and everyday users. It provides hand-drawn image uploads, AI recognition and generation, artwork history, downloads, sharing, credit usage, subscriptions, purchase validation, and notifications.

We may adjust models, styles, credit rules, subscription benefits, and service entry points as the product evolves, and we will try to explain important changes clearly in the app or on the website.

Accounts and Sign-In

You may use some features in guest mode. Sign in with Apple is required to buy credits, subscribe to Pro, restore purchases, sync entitlements, or access full account features.

You are responsible for making sure your account and device are used legally by you or a guardian, and for activity under your account.

You can choose Delete Account in the My account card and confirm to permanently delete account details, cloud artworks, uploads, credits, and related entitlement records. This cannot be undone. We may retain an anonymous device record for abuse prevention and the minimum transaction or security records required by law.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store account settings.

User Content and License

You must have the necessary rights or permissions for images, prompts, and other content you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, violent, sexual, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, or contains sensitive personal information.

To provide generation, storage, download, sharing, and safety features, you grant us permission to process, store, copy, display, and transmit user content as needed to operate the service. You retain your lawful rights in uploaded content and generated artworks.

AI Generation

AI results depend on photo quality, composition, prompts, model capability, and service status. We do not guarantee that every result will meet your expectations or be suitable for every use.

Please review generated artworks before downloading, printing, publishing, or sharing them. For commercial use, public display, or other important uses, you should decide whether additional permissions or human review are needed.

Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Tonghua AI may offer consumable credit products and auto-renewable subscriptions. Different models, styles, and advanced features may use different credit amounts. Actual prices, periods, benefits, and credit rules are shown in the app.

All iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Except where required by law or Apple policy, consumed credits, completed generation tasks, and active subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be handled through Apple.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, attack, scrape, abuse APIs, bypass payment or quota limits, create abnormal automated requests, or use the service to generate or distribute illegal or rights-infringing content.

If we detect abnormal activity, fraud, abuse, or security risks, we may suspend features, restrict accounts, revoke abnormal benefits, or take necessary protective measures.

Changes and Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but AI services, cloud storage, Apple services, network conditions, and third-party capabilities may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue certain features for maintenance, upgrades, security, compliance, or business reasons.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tonghua AI is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, artistic quality, or commercial value of generated content.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for losses caused by your use or inability to use the service, third-party failures, infringing user content, account security issues, or events beyond our control.
