Information We Collect

Information you provide or choose to upload: photos of hand-drawn artwork, generated artworks, custom prompt additions, feedback, and any email address you choose to bind.

Account and purchase information: when you use Sign in with Apple, buy credits, subscribe to Pro, or restore purchases, we process Apple-provided identifiers, transaction receipts, subscription status, and entitlement information. We do not store your Apple ID password.

Device and usage information: to provide guest credits, credit ledgers, artwork history, push notifications, and service security, we may record device identifiers, push tokens, request times, feature usage, error logs, and basic diagnostics.

How We Use Information

To provide core features: image uploads, AI artwork generation, artwork history, downloads, sharing, credit accounting, purchase validation, and subscription entitlement sync.

To maintain the service: troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, protect accounts and payments, improve model configuration, and improve the user experience.

To send notifications: after you grant notification permission, we may send creation progress, completion, purchase, or subscription status notifications.

Images and AI Processing

Tonghua AI only processes images that you intentionally capture or select. AI generation requires server-side model calls, so images and prompts may be sent to configured AI service providers for processing.

We do not automatically publish your artworks. You can view, download, share, or delete your own artwork history in the app. Please review generated content before sharing.

Storage and Security

Uploaded images and generated artworks may be stored in our configured cloud storage. Account, credit, purchase, and artwork history data are stored in our server database.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including server-side AI key management, encrypted sensitive configuration, restricted admin access, and necessary audit records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

Minors’ Privacy

Tonghua AI is intended for parents and general users and is not specifically directed to children. Minors should use the service only with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision. Please do not upload images containing ID documents, addresses, contact details, school/class information, or other sensitive personal information.

A parent or guardian may delete individual artworks or permanently delete the signed-in account in the app, or contact us about relevant content.

Third-Party Services

We may use Sign in with Apple, App Store in-app purchases, Apple Push Notification service, Cloudflare R2 storage, and AI model providers. These services process necessary data according to their own policies.

Your Choices and Rights

You may use guest mode without signing in, but buying credits, subscribing to Pro, restoring purchases, and syncing entitlements across devices require Sign in with Apple.

You can disable notifications in system settings, manage artwork history in the app, and manage subscriptions through the App Store. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of relevant data.

Permanent account deletion: after signing in, open My in the app and choose Delete Account in the account card. After confirmation, we delete account details, bound email, cloud uploads and generated artworks, credits, entitlement records, and login sessions. This cannot be undone.

To prevent repeated guest welcome-credit claims, we may retain an anonymous anti-abuse device record that is no longer linked to the deleted account. We may also retain the minimum transaction or security records required by law, payment disputes, or fraud prevention, and delete or anonymize them when no longer necessary.

Deleting your Tonghua AI account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store account settings.
